Virginia
Fisher,
Senior Consultant
Virginia Fisher has over 20 years
of fundraising experience, planning and implementing major
donor and corporate fundraising campaigns including project
managing high profile special events. She has a
special interest in animal organisations through her
work at the Royal Veterinary College and numerous fundraising
events at Ascot, Windsor and Sandown Park race courses.
After working for the Royal National Institute
for the Blind, she ran her own fundraising events consultancy
for 15 years before becoming the Director of Fundraising
and Public Relations at the Royal Veterinary College, University
of London where she initiated a capital campaign and developed
the alumni fundraising programme. Virginia is a playing member
of the Royal Tennis Court at Hampton Court and a Fellow of
the Royal Geographical Society with interests in theatre
and ballet.
