Hayley McDonald,
Recruitment Executive
Hayley started her career at Reed Business Information working in Sales Support and Events Co-ordination for publications within the Not-For-Profit sector. After 5 years she moved on to work for a national recruitment agency as a Permanent Consultant.
Two years later Hayley brought her skills to Action Planning where she is the Recruitment Executive. With a total of 11 years specialist recruitment experience she is now responsible for assisting in the delivery of all recruitment processes. Hayley has also become a member of the Board for a local charity The Vine Project.
