Diego Guidi,
Senior Consultant

Prior to joining Action Planning, Diego Guidi worked in the not-for-profit and corporate sectors in France, Germany, South America and Africa. He spent two years as a consultancy department Director with PMGI in productivity improvement, purchasing and logistics, and later headed his own consultancy developing methodologies, processes and strategies in HR, personal development and coaching. In 2003, he founded an NGO in Paris to support sustainable development projects of local African and South American NGOs, involving students from universities and business schools. His corporate portfolio includes more than five years managing international purchasing projects with Siemens in the automotive and Hi-Tech sectors, in both France and Germany.

Diego holds a Master Degree in International Purchasing.

His consulting expertise lies in organisational structure, business planning, strategy reviews, management structures, personal development processes, team building, self positioning and coaching strategies.
