Cynthia Hansen,
Director of Management Consultancy

Cynthia Hansen joined Action Planning from a career in the not-for-profit sector in the USA as a senior manager and trustee. 

Her areas of expertise include strategic planning, change management, capacity building, governance, leadership, cross-cultural communication, inter-organisation collaboration, impact assessment, income generation and corporate fundraising.  She has worked extensively with BME organisations, international development NGOs, and organisations addressing race and gender.

Cynthia holds an MSc in Management of Non-Governmental Organisations from the London School of Economics, and a double BA (Hons) in Asian Studies and English from the University of Puget Sound. She is also currently on the board of EU Consult, the European Association of Consultants to the not-for-profit sector.
