Quality appointments
Action Planning have an experienced team available to undertake interim management positions either on a full or part time basis up to and beyond six months. Our people are all experienced fundraising professionals best suited to Director level or Chief Executive placements.

  Finding the right person
Action Planning will meet you to identify the skills and experience sought in the interim manager. We will require a current job description, person specification and a background statement on your environment to work from. We will agree your need for a full or part time person, flexibility over working location and hours, ideal starting date, the term of appointment and anticipated costs. We will provide a select number of CVs for your consideration and a written confirmation of our terms of service. We will arrange interviews for chosen candidates and help you appraise who will work best within your context.

During the course of their placement our interim managers have access to the experience and support of our team, bringing that experience alongside their own to bear within your context. Should you hit a problem, for instance an unexpected illness, then Action Planning will immediately draft in a replacement manager and cover the time costs of their orientation. In that way your costs - and any risks to you - are capped.
