This
is an advanced workshop on appeal planning and implementation
for the experienced capital fundraiser. Presented
by Margaret Martin, Director of Capital Appeals at
Action Planning and Jim Clifford, Partner and Head
of Strategic and Advisory Services to charities at
Baker Tilly, the programme looks in depth at how
to:

Appeal Committee, develop the strategy for the committee
and manage the committee’s work |

help them to lead by example. We look in detail at
how to involve your Trustees and other senior level
volunteers in opening doors, engaging interest and

management model and support is needed to run the
appeal and manage delays and shortfalls |
