workshop content:
This
workshop will help you to:
| • |
 |
devise a planning process which takes
your project from inception, through feasibility
testing to full implementation
|
| • |
 |
identify and profile potential institutional
and individual donors who may be prepared to support
your project, using wealth screening to identify
high net worth supporters
|
| • |
 |
implement a feasibility study which
establishes how much is likely to be raised and from
what sources |
| • |
 |
develop and test a persuasive ‘case
for support’
and tailor this to the needs of each potential funder
|
| • |
 |
recruit an effective appeal committee,
and equip members to make an effective ‘ask’ |
| • |
 |
implement the ‘private’ phase
of the campaign in which major gifts are sought from
key institutions and major donors |
| • |
 |
follow this with an effective ‘public
phase’ which motivates the wider community
and other stakeholders |
